Introducing, Local Connections for Health (LCH)

First and foremost, we would like to introduce you to our new name. We have officially moved from Live Chair Health and relaunched as Local Connections for Health. But, to make it easy, you can just call us LCH.

How Does this Change Our Mission?

Our new name aligns with our newly expanded mission, to create a seamless bridge between the healthcare industry and connecting families to trusted and local health and social care. Our goal is to foster a collaborative environment where education, resources, and connections converge to empower individuals on their journey to live a happier and healthier life. Through strategic partnerships and targeted initiatives, LCH is reshaping your well-being, making it more accessible, personalized, and community-centric.

With this new name comes a whole new suite of offerings and opportunities that we are excited to roll out over the next several months.

Although we have transitioned from our old identity we are still dedicated to supporting our local community-based organizations, health coordinators, providers, and families.

Our dedication to serving you has only increased with our new name. We are now more focused in our drive to connect with our original communities and populations while simultaneously reaching out to additional communities that need more education, resources, and support.

Along with our launch, we are continuing to expand our strategic partnerships with employers and providers while introducing new tools and opportunities to provide better care support for families and health coordinators.

By empowering our LCH health coordinators with new certification training, we are equipping coordinators with even more resources to build trust and support-driven relationships for everyone’s unique needs.
